Trupanion 2018 Annual Shareholder Meeting

Event Details: This is not your ordinary shareholder meeting. In addition to routine shareholder approvals related to director election and auditor selection, this annual event is designed to be the best opportunity for shareholders and guests of Trupanion to understand Trupanion’s achievements and challenges over the past 12 months and its strategic vision going forward. Attendees will be provided tours of Trupanion’s headquarters, listen to presentations from management, and – most importantly – have an opportunity for hours of direct Q&A with the entire leadership team. Doors will open at 9:00 AM PDT and there will be employee-led office tours prior to the formal meeting, which is set to begin at approximately 10:00 am PDT. Management presentations will follow at approximately 10:30 AM PDT.

Parking: Our parking lots can only be activated by Trupanion employees. There is a visitor lot on 4th Ave S that can be accessed from the south entrance (see map). If you are taking a taxi to the office, please also direct them to enter the parking lot through this entrance, which is designated for visitors. If this lot is full, street parking is available.

Hotels: As we are located within a 15-20 minute drive of both downtown Seattle and the Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, there are ample lodging options in both of these locations.
